Today I am going to be posting another vegetarian recipe. This one is called pasta salad. It is the perfect meal for a light, healthy summer meal. Not to mention it is so easy to make a vegetarian version.
Ingredients
- Any type of pasta as long as it is not spaghetti
- Any type of vegetable (popular ones include tomatoes, green pepper, olives, carrots, celery)
- Salad Dressing
- Tofu (optional)
Directions
- Cook your pasta following the package directions
- Cut up and wash your selection of vegetables
- If you are going to use tofu you can steam it or make it the way you normally do. (Click Here to learn make about cooking with tofu)
- Add your veggies, and tofu to your pasta and top with salad dressing
