Vegetarian Meals: Pasta Salad


Today I am going to be posting another vegetarian recipe. This one is called pasta salad. It is the perfect meal for a light, healthy summer meal. Not to mention it is so easy to make a vegetarian version.

Ingredients

  • Any type of pasta as long as it is not spaghetti 
  • Any type of vegetable (popular ones include tomatoes, green pepper, olives, carrots, celery)
  • Salad Dressing
  • Tofu (optional)
Directions
  1. Cook your pasta following the package directions
  2. Cut up and wash your selection of vegetables
  3. If you are going to use tofu you can steam it or make it the way you normally do. (Click Here to learn make about cooking with tofu)
  4. Add your veggies, and tofu to your pasta and top with salad dressing
