Types of Vegetarians

After doing my post on transitioning from a meat-eating to a vegetarian I decided to post an article on types of vegetarians since I mentioned it a lot in that post.
Vegetarian:
A vegetarian is your basic image of a vegetarian. It is someone who does not eat animal meat including beef, poultry, and seafood including fish.

Flexitarian or Semi-vegetarian:
Someone who has a vegetarian diet, but occasionally eats meats.

Pescatarian:
Someone who also has a vegetarian diet, but eats fish and other kinds of seafood.

Vegan:
Someone who eats nothing that comes from or is made from an animal, including dairy products, eggs, meat, or ingredients like gelatin which is made from animal bones.

There are other kinds of vegetarians but these are the basic ones.
