Advantages and Disadvantages of Being Vegetarian!

Being a vegetarian can be a great thing for the environment and your health, but of course like everything else it comes with its advantages and disadvantages.

Advantages
  • Contributes to less global Warming
  • Healthier
  • Cheaper in some cases
  • Clearer skin and healthier hair
  • Not killing or harming animals
Disadvantages
  • Harder to find restaurants to eat at
  • Some places may have a limited supply of vegetarian food
  • May be harder to get enough protien
  • May be hard to come up with vegetarian meals
  • Dealing with close-minded people

  1. I'm also vegetarian and I don't get why people care. Some people expect a skeleton when you say you're vegetarian :)
