Not only are they good for the environment because you are reusing them but they are not for you too. If you buy the stainless steel ones you don't contain BPA which is a chemcial found in plastic water bottles at can get into your water if exposed to sunlight and heat.
Recycled Paper
The easiest way to help the environment is getting recycled paper. You can find this anywhere. I actually have some printer paper that I brought at staples last year. It cost the same as the regular paper so way not buy recycled paper.
